Team Building
Cortina DMC was established as a result of the growth and passion of the ski instructors of Snowdreamers Cortina Ski School, who over time after creating the Sports Society to offer the complementary activities to skiing, also founded a Destination Management Company to be able to organize tour packages complete with: activities of all types and kinds (sports, cultural, historical, recreational, gourmet), transfers, hotels, dinners, and all kinds of services needed to make the organization of your Corporate Team Building complete and simple.
Our Team consists of 40 Ski Instructors, 15 Mountain Guides and 5 organizational/administrative managers.
Among our proposed activities we have a catalog with 35 possible activities in the Ampezzo and Dolomite areas, as well as in the Prosecco Hills and Venice.
In Cortina d’Ampezzo, we are officially the only entity that can organize incentive trips by leveraging internal resources composed of local professionals, lowering costs without the possibility of comparison with our competitors.
Competitive Team Building
With this type of Team Building , the focus is on creating the right team spirit to achieve the set goal. This new synergy that will be established among colleagues will then spill over positively when they return to the company.
Playful Team Building
If most of the meeting will be held in the hotel, this type of team building is useful for freeing the minds of employees among the beauty of the Dolomites while staying focused in the here and now with adrenaline-pumping or relaxing activities. From gala dinners to sports, cultural or gourmet activities.
